1. Do you deliver to my area and how does delivery work?
R.F.D.D. currently delivers to N, NW, SW, SE, W, WC, E and EC postcodes. The delivery fee is charged daily and included in the price. Additional delivery fees may be incurred depending on the delivery location. We will begin delivery to all of the postcodes within the greater London M25 area in late 2011. Delivery takes place the night before anytime between 6pm – 10pm, and depending on where you are on the delivery route is when the package will arrive. If you won’t be at your home or office please let us know a safe place to leave your package and remember to please refrigerate the contents as soon as possible. We deliver meals for Monday – Friday, should you need weekends please contact us directly.

We’re flexible, remember? Just tell us 24 hours in advance of your delivery date and we will reschedule your delivery on a later date, and please let us know when you’ll be returning.
3. When can I start?

4. Do I need to take all of the days at once?
You can do whatever suits you best. Give us call and we can arrange a package that works for you.
5. Do you do corporate expensing?
Yes, we do! Just let us know and we can invoice you separately for meals.
6. What if I have a food allergy or intolerance?
Don’t fret. We have experience working with all kinds of allergies and intolerances; just let us know what they are at the time you sign up and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
7. What if I don’t like something?
We like constructive criticism – and we can’t fix it unless you tell us. So feel free to let us know if when you do or don’t like something.
8. Will I lose weight?
You might! Everyone’s body is different and unique but one sure fire way to see results is to combine the program with regular exercise! Do you really think our sports stars and favorite media personalities get their killer bodies by eating right and sitting in front of the tele?
9. What should I drink with my meals?
Water is best, of course. The more you drink the better you will feel. Dehydration is a leading cause of fatigue and headaches. Nevertheless, complete restriction of all drinks except water is neither practical nor enjoyable, so just remember moderation as a guide and it’s wise to limit intake of drinks with high refined sugar content.
